1.1 - Telegram Group Access: Members can join our Telegram group to learn Elliot's trading strategy and the fundamentals of daily market operations.

1.2 - 1 to 1 Mentoring: An additional service providing personalized mentoring sessions with Elliot.

1.3 - Copy Trading System: Our copy trading system, provided in partnership with Pelican Trading, allows for a copy and paste trading mechanism. However, Foundxations makes no guarantees or assurances regarding the performance of trades copied through this system. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and no returns are assured.

2 - Eligibility and Requirements

2.1 - Telegram Group Access: To qualify for free access to the FoundXations Academy Telegram group, customers must:

- Open a trading account with our partnered broker.

- Deposit a minimum amount into their trading account.

2.2 - Copy Trading System: Participants must set their own lot sizes and manage their own risk. Participation in the copy trading system is at the discretion of the user and involves inherent risks associated with trading.

3 - Account Registration and Security

3.1 - Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services and to update your information as needed.

3.2 - Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activities that occur under your account.

4 - Payment and Refund Policy

4.1 - Fees: Fees for the 1 to 1 mentoring sessions and any other paid services will be outlined on our website and must be paid in advance.

4.2 - Refunds: Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of FoundXations.
